Founding Building Building Asia (And why I’m passionate about mothers)

The birth of my first child marked a turning point in my life when I decided to resolve health issues and pursue my interests in homes and wellness by becoming a certified Building BiologistTM.

When we moved to a new home in a new country, I got to put what I learnt to use to prepare for conceiving and birthing a second child.

(And a third! Click here to read how I applied Building Biology principles again for the birth.)

The key to the challenge was simple— being a mother and learning about health from many amazing practitioners, showed me that the two are actually inseparable.

Our bodies require nourishment, and our spaces must support that goal.

I have always loved the home space — it protects us (both literally and figuratively) & it affects our relationships and how we live.

Research and observations show astounding insight into how creating a supportive space can improve life. For me, the home space is life writ large.

Becoming parents, better spaces

After working with many individuals and families for almost a decade, I understand the unique needs of parents. I help you envision and create supportive home spaces you and your children’s fullest potential.

I’ve refined this to a step-by-step process that is developmentally appropriate. You will learn how to manage and significantly reduce invisible pollutants, transform everyday spaces , as well as navigate day-to-day environments.
